I used the cheaper quality lights from Galaxyhydro. I know they use Cree 3070 cobs in some of their fixtures. But I bought a cheap cob unit and a cheap diode unit from them, both under $100 each.
I'm not sure what you ment by what culture?

Cos I am from EUR , And I am not sure that can I buy it from EUR Amazon. And I am going to plant some tomato in my yield , But I need some high quality lighting to help my seeds grow first in my indoor room. I know so many brand LED grow light , such as Lightimetunnel, Galaxyhdro , Roleadro and toplanet and so on , But I don't know how their quality , lol . So many people like Galaxyhydro I found .

Oh ok, I'm in the US. I get what you meen about all the lights available. I do think galaxyhydro and Roleadro can be good fixtures. But you won't get more bang for your buck buying one.
I personally won't buy a pre assembled fixture again. Cause I can get way better for same money by doin a little DIY.
