When you pay by either MoneyGram or Western Union, you should reply to your order confirmation email so that they know you've made the payment.
I think MoneyGram has to be sent in pounds rather than dollars - it's some weird thing. I'm in the States, but the way I understand it, lots of UK places won't deal in dollars at all so they can't collect the MoneyGram if it's not in pounds.
