Until recently (when China started embracing capitalism) Their Medical system was in the same condition you are showing.

The Same would happen to Cuba if given a chance.
You would rather starve a whole population of people because you hate Fidel and Raul Castro.

When the Embargo is lifted, as WE the United States are China's biggest costomer so, we could do the same for Cuba.
The Only Reason the US keeps up the Cuban Embargo is because of Ted Kennedy. Cuba has nothing to offer China except cigars.
Fidel Castro is half dead (more than likely dead) and Raul has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel.

Cuba has plenty of trading partners. Cuba fails not because the U.S refuses to trade with her, she fails because of her economic and political policies.
