I said I had no problem with the man if he's a smoker. But I have to wonder why there has been an embargo on the fact that he was/is a smoker. Remember Watergate? It was not the burglary that brought Nixon down, it was the cover up.

Whether or not he is a smoker is not the real issue here.
The real problem with Obama, is the fact that he wants to be the president of our country but he won't even acknowledge and solute the flag.
Millions of people have died defending the flag, so for him to disrespect those people by not saluting it...well, I just have a hard time supporting a man claiming to be patriotic in his commercials, then turns around and gets caught on camera just standing their like a bump on a stump as everyone else is saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
I still haven't heard him explain him self on that...have y'all?

Oh, and I'll bet you are still wondering if he is really a muslim after all. Ignorance is bliss my friend.

Hell i consider myself a patriot also, but even I refuse to salute the flag. The america we live in today is not the America it was 20 years ago. Hell we have the right to vote, but no one to vote for! America used to stand for freedom... now it stands for capitalism. i dont like that... i like the freedom thing. when it returns back to the people i shall salute the flag. till then... BURN THAT BITCH.

Don't confuse the flag with the situation our country is in, or the people that have screwed things up. Look at the flag as everything our country SHOULD be.

Does the flag tell people to be lazy and appathetic, and to stop holding their elected officials accountable for the things they do ? No.

Does the flag whisper in their ears and tell them it's easier to stay home and NOT VOTE? No.

Does the flag proclaim that things are so screwed up that it is impossible to fix them? No.

People have no problem building their own walls. Keep the flag out of it.

Until I see the Military Industrial Complex go up in mushroom clouds and until we stop our quest for imperial conquest of the world, I see no problem in burning american flags
