Dying Woman Can be Charged For Medicinal Pot Usage

Angel Raich who is dying from several ailments pre-emptively sued the Federal Goverment before she could be arrested for possession of Marijuana. Her illnesses cause so much pain that she must eat or smoke every two hours.
Even though 11 states now recognise medicinal marijuana use, the federal government does not. In the Appeal judges decision they said the US hasn't come far enough to let marijuana usage be a fundamental and implicit liberty.
Even with her Dr stating that without Marijuana use Angel would likely die, the courts ruled against her. When told of the decision Angel replied "I'm sure not going to let them kill me,"she said. "Oh, my God." She also said she will continue to use.

If they do charge her I see a total revolt coming out of California.

And as part of that revolt, we have to spring the two border patrol agents who are doing time in a federal prison for doing nothing but their jobs.

one of them has already been beaten in prison. Bush needs to get them pardoned a couple weeks ago.
