| | Imagine Warren Buffett giving to the Marijuana cause. | | Warren Buffett is donating 31 billion dollars to the Gates foundation. Okay, typical charitable fund. What if he donated that much money to the study of Marijuana. You think that would be a major movement? |

| | Nice thought, but unfortunately, unless there is a softening of the US stance aganst Marijuana or US legalisation regarding the use of Marijuana for medical purposes, it would appear unlikely that there will be any major research programs.
Many people are still not prepared to get involved in this type of research, while investment in the alcohol and tobacco industry is "acceptable".

| | Do you think Buffett is a marijuana man, or more the LSD type. I am thinking LSD is the source for some of his investment choices. |

| | I've read some interesting articles on the super rich, mostly anonamous (by their servants I'd surmise) that said some of them are Heroin addicts. Being a Heroin addict would not be a problem if you were rich and didn't overdose. I think Warren Buffet would be a candidate for this. Some top executives use Heroin to work their evil on society. I believe a drug can be used for good and evil. I've never tried Heroin, but from what I can gather from my 65 years on the planet, it's the best high in the world. The problems associated with heroin use-abuse are complex to say the least, and I don't porport to have the answers. All I can say is this: If a couple of Doctors told me I was going to die a painful death within 6 mos., I'd be looking for a heroin dealer the same day. I don't like pain, and how addicted can you get if your dying anyway? Otherwise I'm not prepaired to give my life over to a drug, because addicts live only for the drug and don't care what they have to do to get it! |

| | Heroin is a disgusting, dirty drug. it rots you from the inside out and i pity the man trying it that develops a taste for the stuff. For the past ten years that drug has been responsible for more deaths than any other drug. In the U.K., that is! I imagine that in the U.S. the same can be said of methamphetamine.
I've taken heroin more than once, but I always held firm that even if I liked it I wouldn't take it again the next day. Luckily I didn't like it. I also did the same thing with crack. Crack is a wonderful drug, but I never buy it. It's too nice, and so easy to get addicted. With heroin you need to work on it, and for me at least, I didn't enjoy the buzz at all. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
