Like there are 12% blacks, then around 12% of commercials have blacks in them and so on. Lots of blacks in regular programming. Mexicans, well I haven't noticed very many of them, Maybe that is because a large portion of them are here illegally, although there were quite a bunch of them marching a while back and that was all over the news. Orientals, they are way underplayed, and here in Northern Mexico (California and Nevada) I'm pretty sure that whites are the minority. I know at my grandaughters school its 85% mexican, maybe 90%. While waiting to pick up my grandkids on school campus, I hear nothing but spanish being spoken by the attending adults |
