No. Stockton has a far less murder rate this year than last. Obama is from Chicago. He started his political career in a thriving city full of opportunity. Since then, he has turned Chicago into the murder capital of America. Where little kids get killed in the street. Welcome to the life and times of Obama...

the entire thread was a joke, he even said so in the op, but i'd imagine starting a thread claiming black people were stupid would be anything but a joke.. a bit different imo..
