A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. Her cost of production is $80
and her profit is $20. Your assignment: Underline the number 20. 5. Teaching Math In 1990's
A logger cuts down a beautiful forest because he is selfish and
inconsiderate and cares nothing for the habitat of animals or the
preservation of our woodlands. He does this so he can make a
profit of $20.
What do you think of this way of making a living? Topic for class
participation after answering the question: How did the birds
and squirrels feel as the logger cut down their homes? (There are no wrong
answers, and if you feel like crying, it's ok.) 6. Teaching Math In 2007

One thing I noticed to, was the way they integrated into the rest of society and how fast they did it. Vi

I know most of the third generation Cubans her in Florida can't even speak Spanish. You cant expect immigrants to be able to speak perfect English

This I do know ... their offspring didn't receive special education in Italian. They had to learn english because english was known as the common language in America at that time. Now, in our world of political correctness, we need ballots in several different languages. What's up with that?

| | 1. A corporation makes 15 million dollars gross profit, the employees get 3% of the profit in wages. The CEO gets 25% of the gross profit. how much does the CEO make???, How much do the shareholders make??? 2 A CEO makes $12,000,000 and pays 29% in taxes. A top employee makes $80,000 and pays 15% in taxes. A regular union employee makes $25,000 and pays 15% in taxes, Who has the most money left after taxes??? 3. A struggling employee loses his job, (25,000 a year), and has his home repossesed, while a CEO gets a $10,000,000 bonus for cutting jobs and buys a new summer home on a lake. How much did the employee lose??? How well does the CEO sleep at night?

| | A retired person gets a nice fat union pension check each month. The retired person's check is the result of the union's retirement fund being invested in the stocks of corporations. The retired person, through his stock ownership, is in effect, part owner of the corporations. The retired person continues to bitch about the evils of corporations and wants them destroyed. Question: Just how stupid is this retired person? Vi
