There is absolutely no proof that they were manufacturing WMDs, in fact Iraq was just about bankrupt and it would have been only a matter of years before Saddam would have been overthrown had we not interfered.

Please explain how the analogy is retarded? Elaborate, you have yet to state one fact.

Water boarding is against the Geneva Convention period. Since we are involved in it, it makes us war criminals.
The Excuse is that every time the Democrats try to pass a bill the few republicans that are left in office filibuster the bill. Think about it 62 filibusters in this session and the session isn't over until August.

Your too easy... actually a rank amateur at debating. Try again, you have one last chance before your opinion is discounted.
There is significant amount of proof they were manufacturing WMDs.

Saddam was bankrupt?! You are full of shit. 960 million dollars, 3 stashes we found, used money. You lose. (food for oil as well)

I do not have to elaborate how that analogy is retarded, it is totally irrelevant and you are grasping for insults.

Speaking of flustering bills, you democrats keep vetoing Bush's plans to help the economy and the liberals also vetoed his social security plan and you wonder why it is going downhill.

You lose, hardcore, I have better debates with GrowRebel.

And by the way, my father, who I just picked up at the airport, was in Iraq for the last 4 years and is now sitting next to me, so you wanna keep debating me newbie?

If this is not a military we are fighting, but more comparable to the mafia, then shouldn't Civil law apply? We are already putting more of our citizens in Jail (at a rate of 4 to 10 times all western European countries) so no problam putting in more murders and bombers. We do have laws against that you know. We have never had 3 sets of laws before, military, civilian, and now "terriost laws".
Well, you're "stacking" arguments as well.

American civil law and Constitutional law doesn't apply to non-military, enemy combatants either. What would you have us do, try them in our civil courts?

Where has America lost its will? If I had my way, any non-uniformed terrorist caught in armed conflict with our troops on the battlefield would be executed on the spot.

True, but that doesn't mean that Al Qaeda was in Iraq before we invaded. They're two separate facts. Most of those monies were being funneled to Palestinians against Israel...not Al Qaeda.
