The fact that she stated prior to her death that she would not commit suicide ... and that if she turn up death it would be murder ... well that's enough to make me believe it was foul play ...

but

what was to prvent her from giving her secret client list to another person in an udisclosed location in case of her death? she could have broadcast that she did this to the media if she truely thought she was in danger.
