In other cases, when people go to sign up for jobs or other things, when drug tests are needed, medical marijuana cant be used as an excuse. Good? or bad?

Yeah, dont smoke for a couple of days and your set and it should be private. Then you will pass the drug test right?, but what the hell, alcohol is hella worse than marijuana and people are open about that. if marijuana should always be kept private and underground, it will never be legalized. People should start acting and believing as if it were normal just like alcohol today.

I'm pretty sure that THC takes longer than a couple of days to leave your system, For testing purposes, something like 30+ days. This again is a matter of common sense. If Being high at work would in any way influence your quality of work or be a safety issue, then it should be avoided a reasonable time before work and untill after work.
Some jobs lend themselves to stoners, and being stoned may be a plus, like tending the MJ crops,~LOL~.
