Deserving has nothing to do with it. If a person owns a company they also own the profit. Are workers free to leave and seek employment elsewhere or pool resources and start their own business? If the answer is yes, how has "the community" been harmed? Are they forced to stay ?
Funding schools? They do that thru force right? So it seems that what you are advocating is a preference for force, rather than free association....
