As far as Romney? I can't tell, the Gov and the Candidate don't jive too well with each other. I would much rather put my hopes on a states right guy than Obama. He only believes in states rights when he wants to avoid Gay marriage but sound like he cares.

I admit to having no clue on Romney's position on this. I wouldn't trust what he says about it either way to be honest but I know Obama's stance, he's proven that. I also know we have a much better shot doing this state by state than federally.

I absolutely have more faith that a State's Rights president would give us a better chance at legalization than Obama does. I doubt Romney is that guy, I'm sure Obama is not.

Yes, that's true, just as it's true that people are growing in illegal states too. The DOJ doesn't have the resources to keep with every pot grower, user, distributor in the country. That doesn't mean they aren't trying.

Do people speed every day? yes or no. Does this mean Obama thinks it's OK to speed?

In response to the primary role of government! Wake UP.... The role of government is to CONTROL its Citizens. Whether or not you like that doesn't matter because its the TRUTH. It ( THE GOVERNMENT) will only protect its interests. The citizens are the interest (property) of the government that's why we're told they are protecting us. Your RIGHTS... LOL... a citizen doesn't have rights, the constitution doesn't belong to the citizens. It belongs to the People and the people are NOT citizens.
