To tell the truth a Marksman in the Marines is probably a better shot than 70% of the General population. They teach Marines how to shoot very well, I know because I have 6 Expert Rifle awards and 3 Pistol Expert awards and was on the USMC Shooting team for 2 years.

i know this bro, if he hadnt at least qualified with a rifle in the corps the entire story would be laughably impossible, but oswald only just made his quals. one stiff breeze would have ruined his qualification in the lowest marksmanship classification the marines have.

even in russia, his fellow shooters at the target range there said he was only a passable shot.

also, most of the us population couldnt shoot their own feet. average hillbillies and rednecks shoot better than 70% of the us population, and in fact my ageing mother shoots better than most cops with her old single six.
