Should the government, state or federal, outlaw objectionable thoughts?

I'm not sure how. That would require the state to have access to my thoughts. Uhm, do you know something that I don't? (or that I do?

No; they are crimes of action and expression. The thought is not at issue afaik. A fellow who spends his life thinking atrociously bigoted things, but never utters or illustrates them, is 100% legal, even if he's wasting good lobe. cn

Just the fact that " We the People" are having this discussion is disturbing.. With Obama taking all our rights and Romney as just a joke the 1% put in to make Obama look good, well, " We the People" can pick Obamney or wake the F up and vote in someone that is NOT a sell out to the 1%... and he will stop the Cannibis Prohibition! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ydpcg...ature=youtu.be Because there is a little "True Libertarian" in all of U.S.
Any growing advice is meant for states that have made this medicine available to its citizens. Those where it is still NOT legal, get involved! http://norml.org/
hate crimes, beating up someone of your own race is better than beating someone of another?
kicking the shit out of a hetero is better than kicking the shit out of the ghey
being just a dickhead heartless thug who beats up his own is better than being a dickhead heartless thug who beats someone different.
I'm thinking all shitkickings stem from hate but apparently not.
