The reason I thought about it is that the only effect I can think the sugar/citric to be having is osmotic. PEG is a non-toxic hyperosmotic agent that won't enter or harm your roots. It would be a pretty good material to test the hypothesis. cn
PEG should be used with caution in plants. PEG does enter the roots and is stored in the leaves.

Well then I am stumped. If PEG is taken up, then sugar is likely to be absorbed as well, and its presence in the bud would be a source of harshness. The only "out" I see is that a proper slow cure is a fermentation. Perhaps the sugar is disposed of in that step. But I freely admit I'm speculating now. cn

There is a weird smell, sort of sickly strong like perfume in the Final Phase containing. Perhaps it is what I like. My brother in law says it has a Boons berry flavor compared to when not used. The pine sap flavor goes away with the Final Phase, which is quite harsh.

Ok. The smell is this. No flush or water only as a strong pine and cut grass with Scotts fertilizer.

The Final Phase flushed bud in my fresh three week ago harvest has an allspice, terragon and the pine part smells like tumeric. The strong allspice smell goes away after about two minutes, which seems to indicate some sort of gas is created.

My brother in law can tell the difference between which is which without me telling him. So can other friends. The grow until chop with no flush and over two month cure, has a strong ugly taste. It doesn't matter much and you're high as a kite within five minutes, so it's not that big of a deal. But an extra $0.50 for each ounce is worth the imaginary.

basically, if your insurance company spent too much on administrative costs rather than health care, you get a check.

i'm sure every republican, rawn pawl libertarian, and tea bagger will send their checks back because their health insurers didn't make enough money, right?
If I ever see a check they will be immediately stealing it back from me in taxes so unfortunately I won't be able to buy you anything because it will go right in the gutter.

The good news ? They're sending a check.

The bad news? Soon they will be coming in your mouth. (but it will be for your own good!)
