Are you further contending that Snopes is incorrect? and further, are you contending that a treaty, even this one trumps our Constitution? Simple questions here. I am still trying to find the published body of the treaty but I will tell you now that I don't intend to read the entire thing.

While I understand this doesn't supersede the 2nd ammendment, it's a back door to banning specific firearms. Chipping away, chipping away.
