ron carey funneled shitloads of cash into democrat campaigns illegally for years. it took a federal judge to finally put an end to his ":taunts" that still havent risen to the level of federal charges.

the branch davidians lived on that same piece of land in texas since 1907, it wasnt till 90 years later that the feds felt "taunted" enough to burn them out.

the freemen had declared their own nation like 10 years before, and refused to pay taxes and shit. it wasnt till the feds felt "taunted" that they decided to crack down on anybody who expressed disdain for federal power.

the us constitution makes it very clear that only natural citizens of the US can be president. the feds dont feel "taunted" enough to see obama's birth certificate yet. they sure got john mc mcains fast though.

Just because the state of California legalized cannabis, you don't put it in the face of the Feds and taunt them.
Sure, Weed Wars was an entertaining show but it was stupidity on Harborsides part to pick a fight with the federal government, what did they expect?

They should have just left well enough alone, Harborside and the self promoting celebrity Steve DeAngelo ruined it for hundreds of other dispensaries who were flying under the feds radar.

I don't think that Harborside ruined it for anybody but themselves. There are no licensed dispensaries that are flying under the radar. Hundreds have been closed in the last few years and hundreds more have opened up for business.

The feds are playing a game where they try to get the most effect for the least amount of money spent. Very few dispensary owners or employees have been arrested but many threatening letters have been mailed to landlords promising forfeiture if they don't expel their tenants. The feds have just picked the lowest hanging, easiest fruit to harvest and now they will sit back and let the finger pointing and infighting begin again.

Everybody that has a medical recommendation, or not, but is involved in the cannabis industry has picked a fight with the feds. We are all operating contrary to federal laws so it is not at all surprising that the feds are taking action.

The end result of the feds activities will be a much better coordinated black market for recreational smokers and a tougher time for sick people who can really benefit from cannabis.

The first time, was only twice, that I watched the show I looked at my GF and said, "their days are numbered" for being pretty smart that guy made a real dumb move.

I'm really hoping another state legalizes mj before Cali. Get all this fucking attention off of us.
