Are you forgetting we have two legislative branches of government, do you honestly believe that just because the democrat majority senate doesn't like a bill, it shouldn't have to vote on it?

Hell, they're put in office for a reason, they haven't voted on a budget for over 3 years and that's alright with you?

Simply put, government is NOT a business, there are no provisions for profit or even a balanced budget in the Constitution. There is nothing about businesses or businessmen in there. Government provides a single overriding service - order, no business is capable of actually providing order to a population. Order is to be provided regardless of profit or loss.
