my latest anti-gov tirade.... something about my friends kid had a tantrum in school (the kid is a severe autistic, and in a school for that kind of thing)
"ya, id tell em to get bent, specially the state, fuck you its a fucking tantrum, report that to the state, thats gay.
i hate them anyways. and have no respect for anyone who chooses that line of work..
fucking socialists every last one of them..
who cares, like anybody in a state office can do anything about it, like they have any control over it, like they can make it stop, like its any of their business..
jus sayin, i hate anyone who thinks they have some sort of obligation to know what going on in someone elses life. fuck them.. i hate people.."
To be continued im sure...... people are stupid.
While my comments here may seem to be thought out intelligent dialect, sometimes helpful, sometimes, silly, immature, offensive, or ignorant. This is just a character for online expression of personality, for MY entertainment, Not yours..

Property rights and an inherent right to own a home are awfully different beasts. The "progressive" definition of the right to home ownership is simple: everyone should be able to own a home, whether they can pay for it or not. Gimmee, gimmee, gimmee. I want, I need.

california is not violating federal laws.
there is only one federal law regarding "marijuana" (which based on the description provided in government literature is certainly not my harmless cannabis plants) and that is a tax statute passed in the 1930's the tax at question was ruled unconstitutional by the supreme court as it was not intended to gain revenue, but instead to curtail commerce in the states. this tax statute is therefore invalid.
what california is "violating" is the regulatory decree of the controlled substances act which empowered a bureaucrat to declare certain drugs bad, and others good. this power is never found in the constitution, so is therefore NOT granted to the federal government, and thus reserved to the states and the people. since california has seen fit to restrict the cultivation and use of cannabis to those with a medicval need, and a doctors recommendation, that is the state's prerogative, just as it is our prerogative to seek to overturn that law, and either criminalize possession and use of cannabis, or allow it to flow freely through the golden state like a tidal wave of good vibrations. one might even suggest, Rastaman Vibrations.
as a duly authorized medical cannabis patient, i require daily doses of cannabis to combat my affliction, Reggaemyilitis. it's a Chronic condition.

seriously buck, the right to own and use one's property is a foundational principle. it is key to personal sovereignty, and without that, we have no power to loan to the states, and thus they have no power to loan to the feds.
without our personal sovereignty we would still be subjects of the crown, which is to say, property.
