Here's my question, if California can ignore federal marijuana laws and legislate their own state law and
San Francisco, among other cities ignore federal immigration laws thereby becoming sanctuary cities, is it wrong for say Texas or Florida to ignore the new ACA bill?

It's because if selling treadmills were legal, he'd not make any money and have to get a real job. Plus he'd no longer qualify for food stamps, huh Londonfog.
Treadmilling is a big scam for people getting high on endorphins. No one uses it for, oh say, bipolar. Afterall according to government sponsored doctors, treadmills makes it worse after a while.

The current choice is anticonvulsants for bipolar. I was on Lamictal. It was great. Felt like I was on the most killer kush without the paranoia and it never went away. Then I got paranoid about the potential death rash you can get, along with: thyroid problems, liver failure, heart disease, and kidney failure. I quit cold turkey after being on it two months. Holy shit, that was the worst week of my life. Now I use the zombie face eating treadmill meds. You can quit that cold turkey for twi weeks and the only side effect is you constantly think your neighbor looks delicious.
