Racist organizations in the USA

No one could find any racism apparently at La Raza's website. So obviously the answer is La Raza is racist becuase they advocate for latinos. So I did some research and found these racist organizations in the USA using the same criteria

None of those groups are Racist
But if they are black or hispanic advocacy groups

i think that anyone who limits their work based on skin color is promoting racism and/or racial intolerance. You know, like college scholarships that can only be given to someone of a given race. Never have understood how these people think that they are not favoring one race over another.

Got a point.
But that is helping someone with your own ethnicity (or not) advance in society
To me racism is trying to deny equal status to those of another ethnicity by discrimination

for example
Its ok to give out scholarships to white people
it is not ok to deny entrance to college for non whites
