back when willard was 18 and attending a private academy, he rounded up a posse to go bully some kid who was presumed gay.

his posse stormed the kid's room as the poor kid was just minding his own business. willard knocked the kid to the ground, pinned him, and started cutting off his hair as the poor kid cried and screamed for help. the kid was traumatized for years. willard never faced any disciplinary action for his sociopathic behavior.

willard is the only one who claims he doesn't remember the incident, but it has been independently verified by no less than 5 of his friends though.
