    Default July 1 elections in Mexico

    There's been a parade down the main drag every day this week. Some carried red flags, some blue and some green. Sunday, Mexico elects a new prez. They have 4 on the ballot and their choices aren't much better than ours.
    If the PRI candidate wins, it will be a return to the party that controlled Mexico for 80 years until Fox won in 2000 and Calderon in '06 of the PAN party. The PAN candidate is a woman, Josefina Mota. I'd vote for her just because I like her last name.

    The PAN party needs to run somebody named Pedro. He could be Pedro PAN!
