    Let's see how this affects mmj, I wish Obama would stop defending him. This situation comes with all kinds of political opportunities for both sides of the government.

    Obama probably takes for granted that he will win all of the mmj states. If he could be made to doubt that he has high approval, I think he would be pressured to do something to try to regain the confidence of the mmj community. If the timing is good, he could play this Holder situation into solid anti-drugwar voter approval.
