From a European point of few, At least Obama's the only President youve had in a while who wasnt either an alcoholic, drug addict or sexual deviant.

Obama should have been more assertive earlier on the Dream Act. That is true. However, the stand he made yesterday was consisent to what has always been his position. When the Dream Act failed in Congress he made a number of statements publically about that decision and how disappointed he was in Congress about that result. He also wrote a number of editorials about his position on it. He tried to do the right thing and let Congress legislate the bill. Now he is finally seeing that the Republicans will thwart anything that he is for, even if they were in favor of it previously. Screw them. He was going to get the majority of the Latino vote in any event. Did you watch the Republican primaries? Those assholes were cheering for electrified fences at the boarder. Any hispanic voting R is nuts. He did the right thing here. Full stop.
