The deficit is shrinking thanks to Obama's policies. Bush broke the record. He knows that as well as anyone here though.

2/3 of the yearly deficit is from Bush era policies. The Bush tax cuts alone, which were never paid for, account for 1/3 of it. Medicare part D = never paid for. Two wars = never paid for.

Ditch the Bush policies and most of the deficit goes away.
