If that legal business happens to be the sale of medical marijuana. All part of Obama's lenient approach to medical marijuana. Yay, Obama!

Rope and chains - 2012
Until the federal legalizes it it's not a legal business. No matter how much you pout and moan.
Shitty but it's true. If i was a landlord i wouldn't rent to a marijuana business either.
Of course you are right, and I wouldn't rent to an MMJ business either.
In a sense, this crackdown is a good thing. The public's opinion has shifted toward legalization and that shift seems to be gathering steam. There is a fight with the feds on this issue coming and it helps to delineate sides. Are you for suffocating nannyism, or are you for simple freedom?
I am cautiously optimistic that Colorado will pass their legalization initiative in November. That is when things should get interesting regarding real legalization. When a state finally has the balls to put their foot down and say to the feds, "enforce your own idiotic laws, we aren't helping you". That is what happened with alcohol prohibitio;, multiple states simply legalized alcohol and told the feds they were on their own.
Obama could get out in front of this changing tide and order the DEA and FDA to remove cannabis from the CSA schedule. That would sharply highlight a large difference between he and Mittens and might get him elected come November.
Smart idea moving your BS rant away from the thread about Romney's stance on MMJ. So you going to vote for Willard or what?
"But one thing gives hope – the visible swing in public opinion...In that spectacular disaster the working class, the middle class and even a section of the business community could see the utter rottenness of private capitalism." ~George Orwell
