What about parasitocracy a system of governement where the victim get to elect some Blood sucker who's gonna feed on them for the next few years & sustain a VIP status by making the poor poorer.

Rand's short sightedness could almost work - for an athiestic society, what gets me is that Christians revere her and her sophomoric ideology.
