I think not voting sends more of a message. It says "fuck this corrupt system, I refuse to be a part of it" while voting for the lesser asshat says "I hate you both, but I hate the other guy more!".

Which is then compounded by the fact that I have no idea if it's legitimate or not. Strong evidence to support that it's not, and previous actions throughout history tell me people on that level don't have a problem lying to me to win.

Imagine if more than 50% of the country didn't show up to the voting booth, there's no way that would go unnoticed.

That doesn't make sense. If it's not legitimate, what would voting matter one way or the other? If your vote can be changed, wouldn't it be better not to vote at all?
