Penn To Obama on Marijuana "he would not be president under his policies"

He's right, while Obama goes around on late night talk shows almost bragging about his use of drugs in his younger days, thousands of other people are sitting in jail or prison under the laws Obama now supports, what a friggin hypocrite.

But I'm sure some of the loyal lefties on here will try to spin this any way they can for Obama damage control.

yep, obama created the drug war all on his own as a 10 year old.

He may not have started the drug war but he hasn't done anything to stop or slow it down. For this reason I can't vote for him.

yep, that holder memo which was followed by the greatest explosion of dispensary openings this nation has ever seen was nothing.

and it's realistic to expect the POTUS to spend their political capital on meth users and cokeheads.

yep, way to keep perspective everyone. don't forget, voter initiatives never advanced our progress on the cannabis front. medical cannabis was all brought about by presidents. bill clinton ordered the state of california to enact their law.

Obama doesn't want marijuana legalized and we have seen an increase in crackdowns and arrests, Obama laughs it off, imagine if your the mother of someone who is in jail for marijuana, who had their life ruined, watching Obama laugh joke about using pot then say he is not for legalization. Like Penn said...Its not fucking funny..and its not a "god damn joke"

The executive branch has unilateral power over drug scheduling. If the Obama administration wanted to end the war on drugs, or at the very least, marijuana, they could. I have chosen not to vote for any candidate that doesn't represent my views on this issue.

yep, thousands of dispensaries popped up following the holder memo, but that's no reason to expect that more crackdowns may occur.
