Ok champ. You are over simplifying. Im basically saying the system he wants to impose on the whole country can take away rights that have already been granted to citizens of that state and the rest of the country.
Rights are not granted by the state.

So rights are granted by the 14th which was written by a person. Which was based on other documents, mostly religious. Meaning rights are granted by man pretending to be god? :dunce:
rights are guaranteed by documents like the constitution, but they are not granted by anyone. you are born with them.

A man who deliberately inflicts violence on the language will almost certainly inflict violence on human beings . . . So fun fact of the day, James Madison (FEDERALIST) wrote the Virginian Constitution. Do you know whats special about that Constitution? It was directly used for the bill of rights shaving off only 2 rights taking the number from 12 to 10 amendments. Hmmmm I wonder what Madison's true intent was when he wrote the Virginian Constitution. I doubt his intent was based off of anti federalist ideals.

Now its time for to time travel for a couple days. Ill get back at you when I am through with reading up on the Constitutional Convention and the justification for a federal government that caters to equal rights.

If that is the case, then why is it when a pregnant woman and her "group of cells" is killed by a drunk driver, the drunk driver is charged with causing 2 deaths? AND how can a "group of cells" survive being born prematurely?
I am not up on each state's law but commonly it is only after a certain number of weeks that such can be charged and there is also in all states a certain number of weeks after which it has to be medically necessary to have the procedure. This ignorance is Exactly why this should not be debated soley by men!
