Hey all, I'm hoping someone here has some good knowledge of the whole Califronia medi-pot thing. I sometimes make trips to the Land of fruits and nuts and was wondering a couple things:
1. I'm assuming you have to be a resident of california before you can obtain a medical marijuana card, but haven't been able to find a definite answer; true?
2.How difficult is it to get a card? I mean from what hollywood has been telling me, all you need is some anxiety/restless nights and bam, your in a club. Is it really that simple? Can you leave the doctor and go straight to a dispensary?
3. Can you get seeds or just clones? I would love some clones, but seeds are a bit more portable.

Hope someone as some answers out there. Thanks in advance for any info provided.

dude i'm workin on it but until that time rolls around i'm workin around it... and for real? a norml link? that's all i can get from asking such a detailed question? but anyways I just made a cold call a doctor over their and answered the question myself.. just in case anyone else is interested:

You do NOT have to establish your residency in California, anyone could do it, but the man I was on the phone with said usually you would not want to go through the process of getting registered unless you would be there for at least 6 months. The reason for this is that to become registered you have to pay something like $250 for the first 6 months (sounds worth it to me for 6 months of high quality clones/bud) and then lower than that for every 6 months after. The man on the phone did say that you had to prove you did infact live in the State, but I figure something like that would not be too difficult to obtain/fake.

Anyways just some general knowledge in case anyone might be in the area for a little , students, on business, internship, etc. Or even if you live in a neighboring state, it might be worth it to go through the trouble to get access to medical grade clones and the what-not. Then maybe eventually that shit can make it across to the East side.
