Yep, determined by the futures market, in large part. Free flow at market prices, thats what we want.

Obama has officially that he will continue the war on drugs, but that he believes there should be lessened penalties for soft-core drugs and first time offenders. Keep in mind he has admitted using pot and cocaine in the past. You can most likely conclude from this that he will keep marijuana illegal, but stop federal government from interfering with state medical marijuana laws.

edit: OK, here is what wikipedia has to day about his views.

Barack Obama opposes legalization of marijuana, but supports easing the punishments for possession of small amounts of marijuana. Obama's campaign has said that as president, he "will review drug sentences to see where we can be smarter on crime and reduce the blind and counterproductive sentencing of non-violent offenders, and revisit instances where drug rehabilitation may be more appropriate." Obama has openly supported full decriminalization, which eliminates jail time and other penalties, including a criminal record, for possession of a small amount of marijuana,[108] but later revised his view, claiming an uncertainty over the definition of decriminalization.
Obama would support medical marijuana if the "science and doctors" indicate that it would be the best method of pain relief for the patient

What constitutes a "small amount"?

Obama won the endorsement of the SEIU and the UCFW. These two labor unions are a huge win.

Well, your right there.
Remember we is all inclusive, that includes you dumb ass. There is no fair market price of Gasoline. The oil companies control the prices by claiming shortages and OPECs price gouging (Also controlled by Exxon, Shell, Standard Oil, etc) They have an addicted public and they price it as high as they can without causing a complete meltdown of the economy. But the Meltdown is coming anyway fueled by the high price of Gas. People that commute 40-60 miles a day, Not that uncommon, are paying 1.70 a gallon more now than when your Idol Bush took office, You can do the math but that is a couple a hundred bucks a month they don't have to spend on other things, hence the sluggish economy, and that's not counting the job displacements from 20.00 an hr. jobs to 7-8 an Hr jobs or no jobs at all. You idiots that think Bush has been good for america are braindead. Oh yeah, Idiota=Assholio.
