He was born 3 months premature, had to stay in the excellent hospital for nigh on 3 months till he weighed enough to be brought home.

Unfortunately, yes. this is how it works. If the majority of people in your country wanted a health service, then wouldn't you get one?

Obviously this doesn't apply to every single american, but it certainly does speak for the majority. what good does it do to speak of the few? They count not.

What does count is numbers, majorities, large majorities. This is not just a US thing... for the most part people follow like sheep. This is the way of this society of control and greed.

If not all (please take this as a generalisation) americans are sheep then how is that we can be in the 21st century and the US be so behind the rest of the world? Ignoring science for belief in silly magical stories (stem cell research). Causing wars to rob poor countries and make them even poorer. Africa is maybe the richest continent on the world yet every 8 seconds a child dies from drinking dirty water... we just want the gold, diamonds and oil. Obviously the US are not entirely to blame but as the superpower they should feel responsible. Instead they are paid for by the corporations, and the cycle continues.

Something needs to happen, something will happen... chaos. Through their greed they shall bring about what they seek to control.
