So how are we going to "penalize", (catch/kill), the "freedom fighters", (militant islamists/terrorists), who embark on less than justified "missions", (homicide attacks/terrorist campaigns), and in the process, "harm", (maim/torture/kill), "innocents", (jews/christians/americans/everything you hate)? Write a letter of condemnation? As a side note, do you believe that the death penalty is wrong, under any and all circumstances?

I would suggest you ask the people who got us into the war.(under false pretenses)
Definitely write the letters of condemnation. (although they will do no good)
As far as the death penalty, I don't believe I stated my beliefs one way or the other.

Since this was started as an impeachment thread. I saw one of your post here asking for proof of an impeachable offense. You seem well aware of water-boarding, which is torture, and tolerated by the president. That is an impeachable offense, but then we would have president Cheney, and no one wants to go there.

Do you have evidence that Cheney or Bush personally water boarded or tortured anyone?... I didn't think so.

ps~even if the president personally tortured an "enemy of the state", as comander of the armed forces it would fall under millitery law.
