Yeah, they like to keep us drugged with TV, fast food and mis-information while the foxes are in the henhouse stealing our national treasury and wasting the blood of our youth. It is so plain to see for me that I wonder why the majority of Americans are blind to it. Media is all about keeping us in fear. Fear of foriegn "enemies", fear of domestic "enemies, fear of crime, fear of gangs, fear of poison in the atmosphere, in our food. Fear of everything but Government, our dearest friends and protectors. Pay your taxes and shut up, just believe TV and stay in your houses and live in fear. That way the governments, both local and federal can raise taxes and do what the fuck they want, Maybe someday soon the majority of Americans will have had enough and stand up, maybe not.

Well it appears in the video that many of the people are fed up with corporate media lies ... that's what the protest was about ... except the corporate media made it sound like they were terrorist with no demands ... that they wanted to intimidate the innocent ... the lies were so blantant when they showed the raw footage.
That why I think it's so funny that the bushies try and tell us fauxnews is for real ... how stupid can you be?

When you have the Sig-Heil mentality, you can believe the lies. Large doses of republican rhetoric has destroyed the brain cell count to the point of creating robotic responses to Faux noise, Heil Bush, War is good, the corporations are right, the constitution is a worthless piece of shit, I've got mine, fuck you. I'm beginning to think that the only way to change some of these robots is to separate the head from the body,~LOL~, bring back the guiliotine.

If the federal government was held to the original intent of the Constitution, you'd shit your pants.

That's not what I said, Med. You are throwing flames at the administration because you see them tearing up the constitution. My point was, if we started to follow the consitution as the Founders intended, you would shit your pants. And the reason you'd shit your pants? Because the federal government, who you see as the great resdistribution center in the sky, that "levels the playing field," would have that power that they've only assumed they have, taken away from them. Read the Ninth and Tenth Amendments big guy.

The intent can clearly be seen here:
The amendment states but a truism that all is retained which has not been surrendered. There is nothing in the history of its adoption to suggest that it was more than declaratory of the relationship between the national and state governments as it had been established by the Constitution before the amendment or that its purpose was other than to allay fears that the new national government might seek to exercise powers not granted, and that the states might not be able to exercise fully their reserved powers.
The Tenth Amendment makes explicit what had before only been implied. It is also worth keeping in mind that the reserved powers mentioned in the Tenth Amendment are not the only powers that state governments possess. They additionally have what are called concurrent powers, which are held by both the states and the federal government. However, Congress may be able in some instances to preempt those concurrent state powers.
The powers of the government are what the government proclaims to be powers, Do you get it?
