    Sorry Med ... HFCS hasn't passed my lips in over a year now. The pie is OK as long as it contains only natural ingredients ... cane sugar included. Tipped the scale this morning at 178 lbs. That's down from 223 lbs in 1999. Hittin' the gym hard five days a week since '99. Looking for a six-pack for my 70th birthday.

    Dinner is at 5pm for me. I can hardly wait! My daughter and her husband are gourmet cooks ... and on Turkey Day they mean business! ~lol~
