I don't know if you play golf, but there are about 20 golf courses in that part of town. Homes start at 1,000,000, about the price of a piece of shit in CA., and those are pretty nice pads. For 5 Million you could get the primo set up and help me build a fuel dragster,~LOL~. | Sorry Med, I visit LV one time per year and that's for only three days. The heat, air quality, construction and traffic is enough to keep me from moving there. Actually, I live in a very nice area ... kinda like under a bubble of safety. Go 15 miles in either direction and you have trouble. That's where the third world starts. Oh, and by the way ... my gardners are a very nice husband and wife team who are here legally from Mexico. Oh, and I was wondering ... are there any really nice senior mobil home parks in LV? I've moved a ton of retired people out of their homes (usually paid for) and put them into luxury mobile homes. They pay cash for the mobile home and salt the rest of their equity into good investments that pay on a monthly basis. Nice little retirement supplement. Vi
