Did you see the guy in florida breaking into cars behind the indian casino? They called the police and he ran from them and tried to hide by diving in the retention pond round back but guess he couldnt read and a 9 foot gator ripped him apart.Took 2 days to get the gator and find what was left of him on the pond bottom lol

Wow thats very interesting. I am not racist so I couldn´t care less if the robbers were black or white they gave his kid brain damage with a baseball bat and it would probably have got worse if the chappy hadn´t shot them. I hope they throw away the key.....

Looks like they got what they deserve, I agree with the law. The guys step-son is a vegetable now thanks to these people.

the big thing when this case first happened was the fact that the intruders were shot in the back while fleeing. they tried to make it a big "marijuana thing", seems to be going in a different direction now.

If his attorney can prove that he was shotting the robbers because he was threatened for his life, he'll get off.

I used to like 20 minutes from the casino that the gator killed that man at. I don't think the man who shot the two guys breaking into his house is wrong, I would have dont the same thing, in the back or not. You gotta be one sick pup to beat a kid with a bat until he is brain damaged...if it was me, that third one wouldn't have gotten away...

it went something like this:

medical patient has pot in his house.

he has a teenage son.

word gets out.

three people from another town come to the house and pull a home invasion in an attempt to steal the mans meds.

people get hurt bad.

man chases 3 suspects away with a gun shooting and killing 2 of them in the process.

the third SUSPECT is being charged with the murders.
