The white guy is still going to get off...that's just the way the legal system is unfortunately.

The lawyer will claim it was all self defense, plus the white guy is handicapped....

the "white" guy is not being charged with anything to "get off" of.

In this particular case, I see that as a proper punishment. The prosecution isn't looking for a death sentence, just jail time. Do the crime, do the time...

fuck anyone who breaks into a house, firstly. to a homeowner, you dont know if they mean to kill or harm or just steal. the homeowner should have to right to shoot ti kill someone breaking in to your home.

secondly, the man beat his stepson till braindamage. if the man hadn't had a gun, he would have probably kept beating him untill death. fry the bastard! if all they wanted was weed, they wouldn't have been violent.

thats fucked, i think nobody should be charged with murder, it is your right to shoot and kill anybody trespassing in your house, in fact i was told my a police officer that if your gonna shoot somebody for trespassing you better kill em. There was a case up here a while ago, same shit but the thief that got shot turned and sued the homeowner for shooting him. Just another lesson in how fucked our law system is.

the thief is being charged with the murder of his partner. the homeowner is in NO trouble.

yes i understand that, and thats fucked. i use to live in a racist small hick town south of stl, black ppl from stl know not even come around this town, its really fucked up. If a black guy got pulled over they brought out everything. Im really surprised that racism still exisit today! My step-dad was an ex-KKK member and he has told me sum fucked up shit, but he regrets doing all it. He now has a bunch of black friends. Just saying how times change,

also im not in anyway racist. except pirates, they can fuck off
