straight up man, this bill is made to divide us. we need to vote this bill down, Just for the Fact that the government is trying to get rid of the home grower. They only allowed 4 large industrial operations, to produce and sell medical marijuana, now i wonder what effect that will have on the people who don't have money to spend on buying medicine when they could have grown it for 1/8 the price of buying the mature produce.
They want every dollar that this bill has to offer, Rich Lee made a 1.3 million dollar investment in this bill. That is TO much money, not to think that he is planning on getting triple that.

This entire bill is about Taxation, not decriminalization. It's all about money, not the people.
And the People who say they want this bill to pass just so everyone can have marijuana, are the selfish bastards that will ruin the true decriminalization for everyone.

Exactly government only has the power to vote this crap in if they put us into groups. Pit one states needs against another, or one region against another. And they always do that by getting people to vote YES, and adding NEW laws to overrun the ones that were good. Government controls the voter statistics so they know when and where they will have the votes in THEIR favor.


This is exactly how this is going to work.

They'll vote this IN by getting Medical users to say NO, and Street users to say YES, and some Non-Smokers to say YES.

Then they'll just simply pit us Pot-Smokers against all of the Non-Smokers and tax the shit out of us.

Straight up discrimination and vote rigging.



If they are trying to get it legalized they must KNOW the numbers are there. We need to band together now, we have the power.

ya, we have over 5x the amount of marijuana smokers in the US, then the Netherlands. We have the majority of pro smokers who just want it legal and they could care less what the government is doing in the back ground as they "legalize", they strip our freedoms and liberties bit by bit.

I don't live in CA, but I know people who do. I agree that it's about money. Money is the driving force behind everything. Having said that...I believe that this bill is a step in the right direction. If it hinders some and benefits the majority then it's justified. I don't believe that it will ruin decriminalization, rather that it will enhance the movement across this country to stop wasting BILLIONS of tax dollars on "The War Against Drugs".

Look at the big picture...the future and hopefully you will see that, even with it's questionable issues, it's a good step for Federal legalzation. There is nowhere in this bill that says it can't be changed later. Think about your brothers in other states who will benefit from this!

Just sayin!

Their are states that have better laws on Marijuana then California, like Michigan and Colorado. If you really think this is the only time we will have a bill like this come up you are being scared.

All it takes is a lot of people with money, not just one or two who will control everything. That is the main point why I will vote no, you don't look to who this is really benefiting from this. It's not the people, it's a PERSON!!! They are the one to benefit, because they put THEIR money forward to push THIS BILL!!! They want THIS bill!!

Like you said it's not the minority that gets their way it's the MAJORITY!!! We have the majority, and WE need to show WE have the power.

We need to just stand up for Smokers rights for once. Smokers of all Plants. That's what this is all about. They can't make money if we smoke plants, and people LOVE to smoke. EVERYONE must be sinners. TAX THEM.

that could become the main issue in the future, is outright smokers right to smoke. You can't tell someone what to do just because you don't want to do it, that's just wrong on so many levels
