There is a provision in the patriot act that " takes aim at the methamphetamine trade by imposing new restrictions on the sale of over-the-counter cold and allergy medicines, which contain a key ingredient for the drug. Beginning 30 days after President Bush signs the law, expected sometime this week, purchase limits go into effect: One person would be limited to buying 300, 30-mg pills in a month or 120 such pills in a day. The measure would make an exception for "single-use" sales — individually packaged pseudoephedrine products."

Now personally, offense intended, people who are into Meth are just plain dumbass in my book, but also take in mind I've done my share of dumbass shit. My fear is that, I mean, you know what that Patriot Act can do to someone on an Enemies list, and then, this bill to fight terrorism adds a blurb about Meth to control access to drugs.
Meth and marijuana are the same thing to the blind eyes of Federal Justice and the Controlled Substance Act.

Besides, doesn't the phrase "Patriot Act" sound just way too negative Utopia Sci-fi to you? I mean, What's next, the Articles of Allegiance or the Mark of the Beast?
I'm tired and stoned, so I'll just say this. Law works on building concepts and interpreting the written words of the Law. Much like religion interprets the bible. King George W. scares us because we don't want buildings falling on our heads. They can read your mail, watch you, and if anyone finds out, the victim goes to jail. We are through the looking glass folks. Better get your bake on.
