You still don't get it, because your brain is broken. I mean you can have someone in BOLD letters tell you that they aren't using incandescent to heat with, but you still don't understand what that means. You just don't have the mental capacity to understand that incandescent give off heat, and that helps heat your house in the winter so that you don't have to use your furnace as much as you would if you used CFL's. You will save money using CFl in the summer though, no doubt.

Let me see if I can find a 3 year old to explain it to you.

If you can't understand a simple light bulb giving off heat, then there is no way you can understand grown-up subjects, like money and politics. Go back to playing with the fat colored wooden blocks cloud.

FWIW my house uses nothing but CFL for light.

I am all for the private sector and capitalism for most things but I think there are certain things where that model just won't work. Things like military, law enforcement, and health care just cant be run without some government involvement. Greed and power are just too tempting for man.

incandescent bulbs should only be use when baking in a "Easy Bake Oven" freakin awesome baby cakes..
