Charity isn't the only area where liberal are disingenuous. They rail against the "little people" for wasting resources, while at the same time, they drive their Ferraris and Limos. For longer distances they fly in their Private jets. They claim to support the environment, while living in 20,000 square foot mansions and creating personal waste the size of a small city.

Med will not be the only person to react to the findings of this professor with denial out of hand.
It will be fascinating to see studies compiled attempting to prove this study incorrect.
My gut instinct tells me that the good professor may just be touching a nerve among the elite, professorial, intellectual lefties...this could set off a firestorm of condemnation and vilification which the far left seems to specialize in.

you guys don't get it! I'm not an elite with millions to play with. I'm just a common man with compassion for those less fortunate than me. So don't lump me with the John kerrys of the world> I give what I can to charities, it's not much but it's all I can afford. I am not a lefty as you describe them in fact I really don't care what you think I am. I present ideas and you dissagree, there fore I mostly dissagree with yours. It only means we see things differently, it's not life changing, so don't have a heart attack because someone dissagrees with you. I see the plight of the working man because all my life I was one. I've had bosses good and bad, I've worked with people good and bad. There is a certain clarity of position if you,ve been there. Its Funny you mention that VIRedd , i remember a few years ago in Kali during their power shortages A self proclaimed Liberal "Barbra Steisand" told everyday folks to cut back on their Heat or Air cond. usage to a less comfortable setting to save electricity despite the fact that she lived in a 15,000 sq foot mansion and using more electricity than the people she was telling to conserve.

She is a read advocate for disarming the American people, and yet, she has a concealed carry permit and has been known to carry a .38 snubbie in her purse. I again have to agree with you, Not personally about Fienstien, she's your senator, but about disarming the citizens.
