It's a local spin-off of a national suspicious activity reporting project that launched in 12 cities across the country back in 2008.

I don't see how submitting false reports is going to do anything besides further occupy our already seriously overloaded law enforcement agencies. In other words, you'd be forcing these agencies to waste taxpayer money investigating fabricated reports of terrorism - which diverts their attention away from ACTUAL terrorist activity that may be going on within our borders. Not exactly a great way to express your feelings that the government should STOP spending money, is it?
