Please stop using the race card. It's childish.

If you argue that people who disagree with Obama are racist than I can just as credibly argue that people who agree with Obama only do so because he is black.

You see how absurd that statement is? On both ends? It has some truth to it, however, seeing as how there are a lot of blacks who voted for Obama simply because he is black, not knowing anything about policies. On the contrary, there are racist whites who voted for McCain simply because Obama is black.

However, to generalize conservatives as 'racists' and liberals as 'first black president unconditional supporters' is absolutely ABSURD.

It's more like this.

SOME conservatives are 'racists' and SOME liberals are 'first black president unconditional supporters'.

So please, stop throwing around the term racist. Conservatives don't throw out "you just like Obama because he's black" as a valid argument against liberals, so liberals shouldn't do the opposite to conservatives.

very good points i wish people who watch too much tv could understand. the amount of stereotyping done by people is amazing. and how they just take suggestions from the media and movies. dont ever really think about it because the emotions and the idea are implanted for you subconsciously. the idea of what is left, right, democrat, republican,liberal, even green party, and so on i feel arent what they should be, and dont make sense when you look up the definition or how it first started

i dont think its running dry at all. the fact that the media and people want to keep mentioning the fact that he is black continues the labling and stereotyping.
the news has shows about being black in america or latino in america, we keep pointing it out, it will never go away by continuing to lable and separate, the victim stays a victim when you call and treat them like one. i dont see the race thing getting much better, thanks to the fuckin hijacked news media

The problem is, many of the people who voted for Obama "did" do so because he is black. Exit polling proved that. I'll never forget the interviews Howard Stern did on the street, asking questions like "Do you think Obama made a good choice in Sara Palin as his running mate?" And the answers were uniformly "oh yes, good choice." Even the false suggestion that Obama had done something made it automatically ok. No surprise they have little kids singing hymns to him now.
