Most places already use DMV records to locate fugitives. They flag the files and when those individuals renew driver's licenses, submit change of address, etc, they show up at the fugitive's home and arrest them. Of course, this facial recognition thing is way more advanced and likely cuts down on errors due to shared names (i.e. arresting "john smith", who is not really the john smith they are after), so it's actually a good thing if you look at it that way.

they basically do the keep your child's blood for up 10 years or something like that. you cant even do anything about it ethier which really sucks.

I'm pretty sure you're thinking of cord blood banking, which is voluntary and not done by the government.

Who is "they"? The federal government? A local government? Aliens? The cast of "Full House"?

"They" sure as hell don't do that here, so it must be limited to a certain area. Parents have to give consent for any blood to be drawn or any tests to be performed on their child, just FYI.
