Your reasoning is so incredibly faulty I do not even know where to begin.

In every group there are radical extremists. These few do not represent the majority! You don't have to "seek" anything because from the nature of your posts I'm guessing you're straight and therefore have things handed to you that others fight for.

Of course psychology was one of the first disciplines to study it... That's kind of the point of psychology - to study the mind. Remember that modern psychology was birthed by Freud who absolutely obsessed about sex and sexuality and decided everything was caused by it.

You should maybe actually read into gay history a little bit before you decide you know all about it. For fear of persecution gay people have been hiding from public view for well over a century and this debate has been argued within those circles long before the 1960s.

As far as gay bashers are concerned... People who owned slaves and lynched blacks didn't used to be called racists either!

No, it quite obvious to tell the difference between someone who disagrees with gay marriage because they blindly follow some book, and those that are actually homophobic. SDSativa is clearly homophobic. And what difference does it make when the debate started...the civil rights movement started in the 50's, was it a silly movement?

I don't hate Christians. I make it a point to not stereotype people based on categories or "groups" they may belong to.

My own mother and sister are both devout Christians. They also believe ye shalt not judge lest you yourself be judged. They also believe that God should be the one judging, not other imperfect, fallible humans.
